You may request a return or exchange for toy items within 30 days from the date you receive the product, provided that the item meets the conditions outlined below.

The product must be in its original, unopened packaging.
The product must not have been used, assembled, or altered in any way.
The item must be in a condition that allows it to be resold without any reduction in value.

3. Return Process

The original packaging and accessories are intact.
All exchange requests are processed free of charge, including shipping fees associated with the return and re-shipment of the replacement product.

5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”
Opened toys that show signs of use or damage.
Customized or personalized items.
Products returned outside the 30-day return window.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We may require photo evidence of the issue. Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
